Throughout her 27 year career in international advertising planning and sales, Jennifer’s eye for design and space led her to buy, renovate, and sell several properties. Coupled with her strategic analysis and sales negotiation skills, Jennifer knew that it was time to follow her life long passion for real estate passed along from her father, a shopping center developer who built the family custom homes, a farm and wealth “land banking” properties with partners in Canada and the US.
Originally entering real estate full-time in Toronto, Jennifer quickly became an investor. She loves to help other investors build their portfolio of real estate assets, especially where others may not see the opportunity. Building wealth takes time, and her clients have reaped the rewards through the years.
